Format your abstract using the rules listed below.

Upload Submission

Submit your document via the online portal before 10th July 2026 to secure standard pricing. If not, with late fee by 10th August 2026. Refer Submission link.

Confirm

Upon acceptance, complete the fee payment to secure your presentation slot.

Publication Support Details

Outstanding full-length papers presented at the summit will be fast-tracked for publication in the following indexed companion journals:

  • International Journal of Climate Intelligence (Scopus Indexed). Based upon publication availability and if available with additional fees.
  • Journal of Ocean Governance and Blue Economy (Web of Science / ESCI)
  • Sustainable Green Technologies Quarterly (UGC-CARE Listed)
Note:
Selected abstracts will be required to extend their abstracts into full papers and format them according to the specific journal's peer-review guidelines after the summit.

Publication abstract soft copy will be shared after the summit to all the participants, those who have not selected for a chargeable fee based upon the request.

Selected abstract submissions ecopy of BiCS 2026 will be shared on participant's email after or within 21 service days.
Call for Abstracts — Researchers & Others

The Blue Intelligence Climate Summit 2026 invites researchers, scholars, and academicians to submit their original research abstracts for paper presentations. The summit will take place on 25th & 26th October 2026 in Visakhapatnam.

Abstract Submission Guidelines — For Researchers & Others

  • Word Limit: Abstracts must not exceed 500 words (excluding title and author details).
  • Keywords: Include exactly 3 to 5 keywords alphabetically ordered at the bottom.
  • File Format: Submissions must be uploaded in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF format with your full name, organization and topic name with SDG no.
  • Branding: A mandatory SDG Icon (4, 7, 9, 13, 14, or 17) must be displayed on the top right of the "Methodology" and "Conclusion" slides, based upon the goal chosen.
